Hard Charger: sk8 or don't sk8

You deflected a meteor strike on Charger City by doing the sickest kickflip anyone had ever seen, so your fellow citizens have elected you Mayor.  

Unfortunately, deflecting the meteor unleashed a wave of devastation, demolishing Charger City.

Earn money to pay for sweet new infrastructure like ramps, bowls, and race tracks in order to pay for, you know, rebuilding the whole city.
